But what really doesn't look too great are the sentences of "Why should we choose you?". Now I understand that there are at least 4 sentences, they're just poorly written. You need to make them better. Change them and I'll probably change this post to +1.[/color][/size]

Also, the lack of effort put into this staff application is really making me think you're not being serious again on my point of view.
